Frequently Asked Questions
To keep things quick and easy for you, we offer just one style of baseball cap and one style of beanie
hat (with a choice of patch shape). The hats are available in a range of different colours and are ‘one
size fits all’
You can add a design to the specific print area of your chosen hat. Our easy to use design editor
allows you to customise your product with near limitless options! Add: text, logos, graphics and
pictures to your liking. You can access hundreds of elements for use from within the design editor to
get you started!
Typically between one and two weeks. We aim to fulfil orders as quickly as we can. This is subject to
stock levels of your chosen item at the time of your order.
Our hats have specific areas that can be printed, if you can’t place something in the area on the
design tool it’s because we’re unable to print on to that material. If you have a specific need that can’t
be met by the design tool, drop us a message to discuss your options.
These items are all made to order to your exact design specifications, so unless there is a defect
with the hat, we are unable to accept returns.
If your item reaches you in a condition that you did not expect, please contact us and we’ll do our
best to get you a speedy resolution.
At present, The Hat Printer is only offering the sale of hats within the United Kingdom.
We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and Paypal. We also accept payment by direct
bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, you will be prompted to make your transfer, using your order
number as a reference, once you have checked out on the website.
Yes you can! Our design editor allows you to upload image files which can include your company
logo. This will only be available to you. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have any rights to use the
images you upload.
There are often some variations caused by production techniques. Our production team takes your
design, and if required to produce a better result, may make some minor tweaks to things like
placement to ensure you get the best output. In addition, colours can appear different on screens
than they do on final products (this is minimised wherever possible).
If you’ve got a discount or offer code, simply apply it to the coupon field during the checkout process
and, if valid, you’ll see the discount applied to your total before you pay.
